This shilo inn has no air conditioning. The windows that can open up are approximately 8 inches high and 18 inches long. One window was missing a screen and the other had a huge hole in it. We were so hot in our room that I got very little sleep. The service of this hotel is not good either. It took all day for them to get us new towels. I asked for them in the morning. We came back to the room several times and still no towels. Finally they showed up sometime after 8pm. Also, the plumbing is not good. The toilet clogs easily. Stay elsewhere, you will be better off.
