This was a wonderful facility but they made an error on my charges and getting any assistance from their accounting department is virtually impossible. They don't answer the phone nor return calls. No one is able to respond to customer service inquiries. I have made several calls and attempts. The one call I did get returned took one week and they said I would receive a credit but it has been several weeks and attempts to contact them again have all been unsuccessful. Very unfortunate for such a classy place.Update - finally got help on 27th for the issue reported on the 5th. Haven't seen credit yet - but hopeful.
