The casino itself is great, it lost a star because Winning Streaks (one of the restaurants inside) is consistently terrible. The noodle bar in there is good, and the steak place is good too. But Winning Streaks.... Is absolutely awful. They take 30+ minutes to get your food to you. And I'm talking appetizers... Chips and salsa or cheddar bites. We've been there multiple times thinking it was just a fluke that it was so slow. But no.... It's repeatedly been bad. The servers are so slowwwww, the only employee worth their salt is Rachel and she runs the bar (and did everything else while we were there too). It's hard to find any other staff available, and good luck even if you do, as they move with zero sense of time or urgency. Tonight we waited over 45 minutes for a bacon cheeseburger and a side of cheese fries. Both orders came out wrong. I mean, how do you screw up fries with some cheese on top? They figured out how.
The food is good but not worth the months of life that seem to pass by while waiting for it.
