It took awhile to get to the hotel from the airport in heavy rain but once you got there, you realized that you entered Paradise. The hotel is beautiful, the staff was FANTASTIC. Starting with Jeffry. Whatever help that was needed, Jeffry was there. There's not enough praise that can be said about him. From those who kept the rooms clean, the cooks, front desk personal, etc. The service was great. The buffet room was not only beautiful but the food was great and had many choices to choose from. The resort had several restaurants. The one we liked a lot was Taino's. First time at an All Inclusive resort and we loved it. We would come here again.
