These reviews are a joke. Casino Rama is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered. Its appalling how they treat their guests. Firstly it's near impossible to make a reservation, and when you finally do get through their 20 minute hold session the bookers are completely rude. The hotel its self is disgusting. I found 2 huge spiders in my room and when I called front desk they said there was nothing they could do about it and not to call the front desk unless we actually needed something. The place must be crawling with bugs because the next morning when we ordered room service their was a cockroach in the salad, I wasn't even aware we had cockroaches in Ontario. We left our room to play the slots a little, and when we got back later that night, my girlfriends purse had 70 dollars missing and 2 credit cards gone. Again we called the front desk, hoping this would at least be something important enough to disturb them with. About 45 minutes later a bell boy came up to inform us that legally the hotel is not responsible for any lost or stolen goods. We felt completely unsafe in the hotel and decided to check out 2 days early, and they refused to give us a refund for the 2 days we wouldn't be staying.
