I booked 2 rooms there so we could celebrate New Years downtown. I was gambling and I noticed security officers surrounding my 27 year old son. I got up to go ask what the issue was and they told me he was being removed from the casino floor because he was wearing a hoodie (yes, a jacket with a hood)...I said WHAT..youre kidding right? Then I gently touched the officers arm and said, this is not necessary, we can work this out. The officer recoiled his arm and yelled YOU ASSAULTED ME!!! He got on his radio and called in recruits to remove me. I honestly thought we were on Candid Camera show. I told him...how can I be removed, Ive booked a room here. So then he tells me, I have to go to my room. I said, but its new years..Im not ready to go to my room. I also told him I was hungry but he didn't care. It basically turned into a huge argument. This officers behavior was unnecessary and his treatment of me (and my son) was ridiculous. I wont ever go back!
