I stayed at the Hilton Aruba in July/2017. Upon checking in, I was asked for a credit card so they can charge $250 for incidentals and it would be placed back into my account the week after my stay at the hotel. It's going on 3 weeks and I STILL have not received that money back into my account. I've contacted the hotel and spoke with the manager several times and there's pretty much nothing they can do to help me. I lost out on $250 and I left that room intact! I will be returning to Aruba but I would NEVER stay at this hotel again!
