This Hotel is WORSE then HORRIBLE !!!!!!!!! Let me first start off by saying the valet driver crashed my brothers car upon check out. Can i ask how this huge corporate company can take the risk of allowing their employees to come to work drunk and drive customers vehicles around the property. On top of having to deal with this on our way out, the Management behind the situation was non-existent. One hour passed and not one manager or even customer service rep came out to acknowledge what had just happened. It was if we were being treated like we had done something wrong or like we deserved this. This situation was dealt with more then unprofessional & to top it off the excuse when we finally spoke to a manager after 1 hour her response was "i do apologize that i was just informed that the department who deals with these matters left at 6 am from there 24 hr shift" what am i supposed to do with this useless information. I could go on, but i think if you are taking the time to read reviews you agree with me this is not somewhere you would want to trust or stay at to enjoy your vacation in Vegas. Your better off paying extra money and staying on the strip. Danielle
