For a $200 suite room, it was ok. The space was nice, the bed comfortable, and it was relatively clean. However, I don't understand how you have showers without any shelves for soap, shampoo, etc. The bathroom wallpaper was peeling, maybe because there aren't any vents in there. The bedroom tv/remote didn't work. It wouldn't change from the one channel and seemed to do nothing with any other buttons. They use flat sheets instead of fitted sheets so if you move at all, the mattress is exposed, and it was stained, even on the sides. The carpet was stained in a couple places. The prime rib buffet was the most disappointing part of the whole stay though. For $20/ person, we expected fresh, recently cooked food. And fresh, not re-heated prime rib. I'm not sure that was the issue, but that's how it seemed. It was overcooked, well done. They sliced in slivers. When I asked for a thick piece, it was about 1/4 inch. There were many empty trays around the buffet, where food should have been. It was 6:30 on a Saturday. We waited 10 minutes to get in. It was not overly busy or by any means full. I waited behind a man thinking about getting a roll. He must have tested out several with the tongs before walking away without one. The staff offered to get him a soft one, if they were too hard. He hesitated and still decided not to get one. Most of it seemed old. The mac and cheese and ice cream were good, but that's about it.
