took over two hours to check in had to stand a line three times and still did not get the type of room I had reserved ,the staff really don't care what they say to you to them your fresh meat,want to cancle fine well charge your card any way,, and they charged me the same for this room as the upgrade one I was suppose to have,,,,,,,the rooms suck,, the tv is from the 70's small tube sets that are so dark you cant see whats on it, the jacuzi does not work so you have a big bath tub ,,,,,,the ac does not work call maintenace the fat dude turns it off and tells ya ill be back in four hours then two hours later it freezes up again ,,,motel 6 is a five star resort compared to this dump save your self a lot of misery do not stay here,,,there are a lot of realy excellent casino hotels in Shreveport ,,,this ain't one of em
