Went to see comedy show -Joey Diaz, very funny and good time. Afterward tried to gamble a little..new at the casino scene so asked 2....2! Employees to help explain why we couldn't get machines to work for us. Neither was able to be any help..first person said they didnt know anything about the machines and grabbed a guy in a suit to help us. He gave us about 20 seconds of his time and then told us he needed to help at another location and walked away. Band playing was talented but waitress was pathetic..took forever to bring drinks then broke a glass by my table and got glass on my feet then left it that way for 10 minutes and had someone else come clean it up. At least he offered to remove broken glass from around my feet. Not the best service at the comedy show either. Only 2 wait staff for the entire sold out ballroom. So be aware..they book good acts but have poor service.
