This is the worst hotel room I have stayed in on the coast in recent years. After booking the room a notification came up saying"this reservation is non-refundable." The refrigerator froze and broke the glass bottles we put in it. The room is set up for 4 people yet had supplies enough for 1. The pool was inaccessible, our key wouldn't open the door. The website said free breakfast but after booking the room I was told there was an on site restaurant (very pricey) but no complimentary breakfast. There was an ocean view but no balcony and the windows wouldn't open so it was difficult to see the ocean at times. Housekeeping was very nice and helpful though. I give them 5 stars.
