"Couldn't go"
The process on urcomped was easy, I called RCI with reservation # and completed the process. I specifically told the rep at RCI I had a passport card, she said (her words) "perfect". Did my on line check in without any problems, even when I entered my passport card #. Proceeded to the port and was told I could not go on the cruise because of not having the passport book!!!! Why wasn't I told this before?? I am in the process of getting the passport book, I hope this cruise comes up again. Thanks to Brandon for getting me an upgrade even if I didn't get on the ship.
