Stayed on 10/13. Called the front desk to ask for a later check out time of noon and Shirley at the desk said she would extend it. Then we get a call about 15 minutes later saying they will have to charge us an additional $10. I asked for a manager and spoke to Steven, the manager key at the time. He said since our toilet flooded the bathroom he would do it but, "We better be out of there by 12!" in a threatening mannor. We just went ahead andchecked out then. Very poor management and poor social skills from Steve, the key manager. Would not recommend to anyone.
