Scott, Lead Front Desk Agent, provided an excellent customer service experience. We originally booked a non-smoking room but due to full capacity, was assigned a smoking one. Scott listened to me why non-smoking was important, thanked me for being professional with my issue and went to work to find options. After a bit of time, he was able to work out a solution and gave us a larger, non-smoking room. And he apologized for inconveniencing us unnecessarily...and wished us a wonderful stay. Though the issue was created by the room assignment by the hotel, Scott more than adequately overcame this matter with superb customer service. Rare in today's world! And we enjoyed our stay at The Orleans!
