I am an Elite Player. Like that even means anything besides I lost alot of money. Anyway, The service at this casino is poor. They do NOT bring you drinks often. you can sit for hours before you see a waitress. when they have events or give out gifts to players they will overbook or not have enough gifts for the players. The players host aren't nice. When I called about a game show that my host Katy told me I am supposed to have an invitation for the VP host Patrick was rude and discourteous. He told me I was not on the list, refused to give me contact info to speak with the casinos manager or President. He rushed me off the phone. I have lost too much money at that casino to be treated poorly
