Great front desk service. Nice rooms.
Taking away a star for the issues I had. The door lock would not work well, even after being checked and cleaned, and it would take several tries to insert and remove the card just right to get it to unlock. The issue was just brushed aside. The other issue was the thermostat quit working sometime during the night. Once I realized that was why it was a bit warm in the room, I called the front desk and they said an engineer would be up soon to take care of it. After waiting 15 minutes, I called again and was told that they have a 30 minutes window. I left to go to work and when I returned 12 hours later, it still hadn't been fixed. The engineer came 20 minutes later and fixed it.
