I have stayed at The Cosmopolitan several times and this is my choice hotel to stay at when I am in Las Vegas. On my last trip I stayed in the Boulevard Tower. This was my first time staying in this tower. Normally I am in the Chelsea Tower. Now I can say that there is really no difference, both towers are exceptional. Regarding the staff at the Cosmopolitan, words alone do not do enough to praise the professionalism and talented employees you will encounter. They will go out of there way to make sure you are happy, more interesting is the fact that every employee I have encountered went above and beyond my expectations and I do not even think they know how appreciated this is to a customer. It is obvious their staff is very well trained in customer service. I will try to explain just how clean this place is, using the word clean does not provide enough description. I have never seen a single piece of garbage just laying on the floor. The floors, walls, games, rooms and public restrooms are spotless. It is like they have invisible cleaning robots constantly cleaning. If I could give them more stars based on cleanliness I would. Thank you very much Cosmopolitan for always being a 5 star hotel. I have and will continue to recommend you. I will continue to come to the Cosmopolitan. I think I now come to Las Vegas just to stay at the Cosmopolitan and all the rest in Las Vegas is just a benefit.
