I would like to say that last night, I went out on the 3:30 shuttle expecting to be back to the dock at 9 pm. The shuttle is suppose to be back to the big boat by 8:00 pm to pick up people who want to go back at this time. The shuttle never came and no one working on the casino boat would tell us why the shuttle was not there to pick us up. This was very upsetting! I feel someone should have given an explanation to why we were not being picked up! Then they took us out of international waters, closed everything down and we were stuck out there for over 2 hours doing nothing! No drinks, no food and no explanation to tell us why? I feel I will never go out on the SunCruz casino boat again.
