One of my bras and a pair of underwear went missing from the bell desk while my luggage was being held before check in. At check in, I was told the room type I'd reserved and paid for was no longer available, like it was a normal thing, and put in a different kind of room. My first morning, a fire alarm went off, and by the time we went down 11 flights of stairs and walked half a mile around the casino, no staff member we found had any idea there was a fire alarm. We were instructed to "go see if the elevators work." And I guess that meant it was safe to go back to our rooms. Mobile phone signal is horrible in the hotel and completely nil on the ground floor. I only gave any stars because the room was clean and the staff at Guy Fieri's are super nice.
