It was so confusing and a werid stay. They started off mad at me for getting the rate I got. Then it got worst, I asked why they werent treating me like a normal guest, they said because of the rate I got, Im like huh? I look around its poor people checking in, the parking lot is not full of caddys, mercedes, its just a poor joe hotel that looks nice. Arent you supposed to give me that rate to attract me to the property to try it out, maybe come back but no they dont have common sense. They ended up charging me resort fee of $15 a night then they charged me $50 more because they can. Those people are outright mean, nasty, and vile wont treat you like a guest. They want the most money they can get out of you so watch your wallet. If you dont spend thousands they will treat you like crap! I spend money on a concert, playing, buffett but yet it wasnt good enough for them. They are like a mafia keeping a eye on what you do and what you spend on. If you dont make them happy watch out it gets real werid. Your better off staying at the Best Western. The Casino Hotel didnt even clean the room 2nd night, made me wait 4 hours after checkout time to clean my room. Then I come back to the room and pillows are on floor, outright bad service, towels barely refilled, sheets just slopped over not fitted in. Crumbs all over the floor, trash wasnt empty, whats the point of staying the 2nd night if you dont get a clean room and yet pay the same. I told maid to clean the dang room but they wanted me to sign paper that I said it was ok for them not to Im like wtf? NO clean the room thats what I paid for then I come back after 2 hrs playing nope not clean had to walk down 10 story hotel to fronk desk complain they said too bad its service and if I wanted to watch maid clean it go ahead, Im like thats stupid and waited 2 hrs again bored finally go back in and nope not clean too tired to walk back down to complain again, so I took nap and too ticked off to spend any more money so just be careful they are outright nasty and dont know how to run a hotel. This is in middle of nowhere, its not worth the drive to stay here and enjoy because you wont. Its not worth the money to stay here cause its a gamble weather youd get good service or not, too risky at the price they have. ITs a poor representation of the Senecas make them look like a fool which is mainly why I came here to experience the culture but it disgusted me.
