The Tropicana seems to be an older hotel and seems to have all the amenities one would expect a hotel casino to have. The main issue most of us had was that staying the other tower (Club Tower) means you have to walk a quarter mile to the entrance and exit. Secondly, the casino is still allows smoking, so whether you stay in the closer entranced Paradise Tower or the Club Tower, you end up smelling like smoke. So if you're here on real business (not business and play), this hotel may not be the one for you. There is a door closer to the Club Tower, but during my stay, it was roped off to guests. I ended up having to leave the hotel early because I didn't want to attend meetings smelling like a casino. Also, they don't have refrigerators or microwaves, so I would say this is strictly a weekender hotel.
