Gulfstream Park

I went yesterday for the first time to the casino, I received a promotion card for $10, when I put it in machine, it said invalid insufficient funds. when I asked the staff for help, they stated I already spent the money, but in actuality I just got there. a staff member took the card, it took the staff over 45 minutes to straighten the issue out. as a first time visitor I'm not that impressed with the service. when I ask for supervisor a supervisor was not available. I let the staff know that I was not impressed with the service, I told them this is how you treat a new visitor, I don't think you want me to tell the public not to come here, for trying to cheat people out of 10 dollars.
