Brought my wife here for her birthday and couldn't be more disappointed. When i called and reserved the room i specifically requested a room with a jacuzzi tub in it, was told no problem and made the reservation. We check in, get to the room and it is a regular king room so we go back to the desk and explain the situation to the lady at the front desk. She rudely tells us that its not possible i was told we were getting a room with the tub in it cause they don't make reservations for them and we would have to stay in our room. we drove 2 1/2 hours to get here so we just accept it and stay in the room. went to the casino, signed up for total rewards cards to play, get to the machine and my wife's card isn't working. went to the buffet for dinner for the prime rib. It was horrible. Very over cooked, was the consistency of over cooked pot roast. The rest of the buffet food wasn't very warm and was very lacking in flavor. Its what you would expect from a 6.99 lunch buffet special. Went to go down to the pool/hot tub, elevator that signs direct you to get to the pool does not work from the second floor. Had to find our own way to another elevator door on level one to get to the basement (where the pool is located). Finally get there and get in the hot tub and notice tons of small white stuff floating on the water, was slimy and clumpy looking (was not chlorine) so we immediately got back out. Emergency alarm goes off and wakes us up at 6 am, loud voice on the speaker says emergency alarm has been set we are looking into it. 20 mins later voice says false alarm. So much for sleeping.
Every single thing we tried to do was an absolute headache and was quite disappointing for bringing my wife here to celebrate her birthday. We will not be returning nor recommending this place to anyone.
