We had a reservation arriving 1/12/18. When we arrived we were told no reservation. We pulled it up on TR app while clerk went to talk to management. When she returned and I handed phone to show reservation it disappeared and was logged out. We had driven 2 hours with our handicapped daughter to be told at 10pm we had no reservation and hotel was sold out. They then told us they would give us a room but would not have a room for the next night which we had a separate confirmation for. Once we pulled up and signed into the app again it showed that our TR accounts had been updated on 1/13/18 when it was still 1/12/18. Shady business! Beware when making reservations and always have a photocopy of your confirmation and arrival date so they can’t tell you it doesn’t exist like happened to our family when they have oversold rooms.
