The MSC Seaside is a very modern and elegant ship. The Captain and crew were superb and very personable. As for the Casino, it is spacious and has most of the table games that we were used to playing. Craps is the only game missing. Since we are not craps players it was not missed. There is a small corner for smokers with slots only. The air in the Casino is clean and you are not allowed to smoke at the tables. We have been in many ship casinos in the past but this Casino under the management of Mr. Giancarlo is outstanding. He is on the floor constantly ensuring that the players needs were met. He was always available and ready to manage any challenge. The service staff was beyond reproach always ready to fulfill your needs. The comp’s are a bit lower or harder to obtain than other ships. through gambling points. MSC lines is a European cruise line and they will make necessary changes over time to accommodate the American style of shipboard gambling. We would like to give a big “shout out” to NEAL GUMBs of MSC’s Fleet Casino Management. He works very hard to ensure the Casino players needs are met. I have recommended you are, too many of my Casino Associates. And have told many to go with MSC because of the Sith curb service we get from Neil. We know you have had many Casino players wanting to switch from a certain cruise line, and I do apologize for recommending u r comped. but I do really appreciate your hard work at you are Comped.
