I have found that local Chilean food consists of french fries, meat, and bread. With that in mind, this was an excellent representative of local Coyhaique food. If you want to know what the locals eat, this is the spot. I would suggest : Lomo al pobre. This translate to Steak a la poor. It is steak with an egg on it. I also had the Chilean Salad: tomatoes, onions, aji amarillo, and cilantro. Was satisfied by the price and service. They only accept cash. P.S. It is a bit hidden behind the Firehouse, be bold and walk back along the right side of the building and turn left into the building.
