The customer service here is horrible from the bars to the customer service staff. I asked a staff member at the customer service desk a simple question about my parking validation. He then proceed to talk down to me and told me it's my job to clock in and out of the table like a time clock which isn't true. Then he said to go to the craps dealer which i did and she was very kind and said all I had to do is wait a few minutes and parking was validated. I don't understand why this "customer service rep" thought he had to talk down to me especially when he didn't know what he was talking about. I am extremely disappointed with my experience.
