OSAGE Tulsa ... LOVE/HATE THING
I recently learned after winning over $400 on this machine that my Players Card wasn't working and hadn't been. I was told to go to the Cashier area and they would get a manager to help me. 2 hours and 5 people later ... after reviewing machines and every detail supporting I wasn't given credit ... I was told "you have a bad card and my suggestion is to get a new one but we aren't going to be able to fix the errors" ... which I wasn't happy but understand it is what it is and I asked her what about the $20 free play that wasn't and still isn't on there at least? To which the head manger responded "it's now 10:07 so it's too late because that was over at 10." Needless to say I had been up there for 2 hours and asked that from the get go to. I think their customer service and management has poor ratings and every encounter has been similar.
