We did not stay at the hotel but we did eat and some of us played at the casino. Everything was going fine. Then my grandma ordered a water with no ice and they brought with the whole glass full of ice! We ordered and we got some chips and salsa for the appetizer and they were horrible! They were old tortilla chips. Some of us ordered some hamburgers with no cheese. All of them came back with cheese. The server just laughed at the kitchen staff. Did not do anything to fix the orders. My sister's rice was horrible and cold and soggy. Our plates came with fries that seem counted, very little portions. The prices were a little high for that kind of food. I would not recommend this place! Definitely will not be going back. Horrible!
