The staff was helpful, but the overall experience here was not what I'd hoped. We were supposed to receive play credit as part of the work event we attended, but about half of our group had our play cards processed incorrectly and were unable to get the credit. (A few of us got it corrected, but the service desk that handled the issue had closed before most of us noticed it, and the pit boss told us tough luck.) One of the blackjack dealers was literally working his first night and made many errors, both adding cards and paying out for bets. We dined at Portico for the first time as a large group, and the overall impression was that the meal was very hit or miss. Some amazing selections and some that were definitely not good. The rooms appear opulent but are laid out awkwardly, such as a big ottoman blocking the mini fridge from fully opening. Also, the "automatic" light in the glass-doored closet in our room never shut off, despite calling the front desk for assistance, so we didn't sleep great. Really love the non-smoking casino idea, but I doubt I would head back.
