My family and I rented five separate rooms. Out of the five rooms, only two were clean. My room had filthy bathroom and chocolate on the bed. My daughter's room had yogurt on the bed. My other daughter, who brought our two young grandchildren with her (ages 18months and 3 years) found dirty underwear in the room and the babies found two marijuana roaches. When I told the for the desk manager about the underwear and marijuana, she was rude (I told her out of the 5 rooms we had, we wanted this one comped). She only wanted to comp the resort fee. I had to argue with her and she still would only comp one night. As to the resort fee, I don't know why we were charged this since the pool was closed, the spa was closed and all the rides we're closed. This place is disgusting and falling apart.
