Second visit to Wetumpka Wind Creek Casino. Greeted by valet parking attendant warmly remembered JJ a bellhop attendant and was embraced with a hug she welcomed me back. It felt like being welcomed home again. Went to check in to the hotel, unfortunately my room was not ready, however I would receive a call on my cell phone when the room was ready. Due to various events going on this week there was an extreme influx of guests. It took over an hour to get my room ready, the front desk informed me of the status periodically. After waiting two and a half hours which went by quite quickly, I chose to go to the casino floor and play as well as get my players card which I forgot at home. Nicholas W was very helpful and friendly. Okay, I get a call my room is ready, the pleasant woman at the front desk unfortunately I forget her name, (she was originally from St Louis) she informed me the hotel has decided for my inconvenience, dinner is on them up to $50. Wetumpka Wind Creek Casino knows how to treat their guest. I always enjoy, my stays at Wetumpka Wind Creek Casino. Valet Staff to the Bellhops ,Hotel staff and the Casinos management put their guest first and go above and beyond to make your stay pleasurable. I come to Wetumpka Wind Creek Casino relax and enjoy the casino. I have a couple more days left to my stay I look forward to the rest of the week. I will always make Wetumpka Wind Creek Casino my place to go to have fun and relaxation.
