This place has amazing rooms at a decent price. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is great to access places around Manila Bay, especially the huge mall nearby (less than 5 minutes walk).
I highly recommend the living room access (residence club I think?). The free drinks and premium access are well worth it.
I really want to take a star due to the smoking room (yes, there's only one for entire hotel) that has terrible ventilation. I use e-cigs and feel like I'm suffocating in that room where everyone else is smoking traditional cigarettes. Due to the recent law change, it is not advisable to smoke outside designated areas, as you can go to jail.
However, in every other way this place makes up for the penalty to smokers.
