We have stayed here before and NEVER had an issue. This time has almost made us go to other casinos that are much closer to us. We paid for a grand master suite. The room is nice, but checking in is the worst! We were told over the phone we could check in early at 2pm. We got here, had a buffet, (that was completely sub par) and played some games. Went to check in at 2pm they told us not till 4pm. Went to check in as there were MANY people getting their room cards at 3:45pm and were told our room was STILL not ready. To add to the insult the extremely rude lady at the desk stated that 4pm is just “check in” and that does not mean our room would be ready. You are honestly telling me the room was still not ready? I would think you would take care of the highest profit rooms and have those a available. It’s now 4:12pm and the room is still not ready. What a joke! The manager just kept repeating “we’re sorry, were working on it.” After hours of this ring around the rosie , we are just going to start taking our business elsewhere. We live closer to two other casinos but chose to drive almost an hour to this place. Not anymore after this sad experience. (Also side note. The Spa was closed for the entire weekend. This was told to us only AFTER we arrived and already had called to make plans.)
