Their customer service is either very helpful and polite or absolutely zero help and flat out rude!! Recently having stayed in a comped suite and being platinum card holders ... there were charges made to our credit card that you have to give them to reserve the room but no charges are to be made unless you break something ... nothing was broken and we were told charges weren't made yet printed a. Receipt by the CSR showing charges then credits back yet out Bank shows no credits or pending ... Hard Rocks solution "not our problem and file a dispute if you have to" ...
