Trust the bad reviews on Lady Luck Hotel. The rooms are awful and feel dirty. The girl and I mean childish GIRL at the front desk, is lazy and disrespectful. Couldn't even help us check in. She seemed mad when we asked for room rates. AT THE HOTEL. I witnessed her dropping f bombs to her friends laying on the reception seating.
When we finally had enough of the room (about 15 minutes later), the girl demanded the keys back. We returned to the front desk, she logged off the system as my husband approach and refused to check us out...Before 10pm. She said we had to go to the Isle. Luckily the man we spoke to at the Isle had customer service experience.
The upside was the buffet at The Isle. However, I think I may have a chance at a better room at Ameristar the next time I am up here. I have not stayed at The Isle but after tonight I am not sure I would try it.
