I used to go here quite a lot, however the last time me and my husband went, we books a regular king room. Check in was at 3pm, we arrived about 2pm and was told our room wasn't ready yet. No biggie we were early. I checked back several more times, we finally got our room at a little after 8pm. We were put into a handicap room. The bathroom was like a hospital, no tub just a open shower with a fold down seat that was in the way. When I requested the room I booked with a bathtub I was told I was out of luck. The carpet was dirty and there was paint peeling off the ceiling. The casino wasn't kept clean. There was overflowing ashtrays all over (I'm a smoker) empty glasses and random trash between the machines. Our 2nd day there we drove over and spent the day at the Meadows casino in PA. We haven't been back since then, I was a Diamond level card when all that happened with the room.
