I recently called to reserve a room for a pow wow and dates sent out to the public. I'm not an a few friends are not able to reserve a room. We are not community members or dancers or in a drum group we are spectators or guests. I feel if you are going to promote your yearly pow wow then allow guests to reserve rooms at the same time so they don't have to worry by the time an dates you have set aside that they are not guaranteed a room. Doesn't sound like good customer service to me. I'm assuming you have a block of rooms set aside for said community members dancers an drum groups. If so open up remaining rooms for spectators/guests. Signed needing two room that weekend.
