Felt like We were disturbing the staff every time we asked a question. Bed was comfy and Sheets were clean but the room hadn't been vaccumed in some time...previous guest's toenail clippings in the carpet, water left in the fridge by previous guest and there were little black whisker hairs all over the bathroom counter. We were not told when we books that several volleyball teams were staying there nor were we told that if paying cash you must pay an additional $100 cash deposit. Luckily this wasn't an issue. I found it notable that we had to wait for our room to be inspected for damage before checking out but I have yet to receive a call regarding a phone charger left behind. Oh and don't ask for exceptions to the menu... we were told "he won't do this anymore so don't ask again". We would not return and certainly not recommend.
