The rooms are just okay. I've stayed in better. There is a mini bar fridge but no extra fridge for you to use. If you put anything of your own in the mini bar, they automatically charge you $25. Housekeeping comes in and cleans up but does not always replenish the room supplies. Most of the staff are nice except for security guards. Don't ask them for anything. They will treat you like an idiot. I pretty much play video poker and slots. Hardly any table games. The video poker and slots tease a whole lot but never hit big. Actually, they don't even let you play for a while before taking all your money. Really disappointed in that.
My advice is to stay at the Cosmopolitan. The rooms are bigger, better and more elegant, the entire staff is nice and most eager to please and I hit 4 aces with a kicker on video poker after only being there 30 minutes. Of course like a fool I gambled some more at Caesar's and they took it all away.
I'll never stay or gamble here again.
