This is probably the most beautiful hotel of the entire Bahamas Islands. Luxury is everywhere! Rooms are amazing, modern with breathtaking views. Spa and pool are are also just amazing. After these being said I also have to say that the service is horrible ! Everything related to customer service including all of their restaurants is poor. Employees just don’t care about your stay, everything takes forever. Also food and drinks are extremely overpriced. $10 for a fountain drink in pool, for example. It seems there are no managers or supervisors on duty! Hotel is absolutely NOT kids friendly; besides the pool there are no other activities for kids. Restaurants are very nice, but NO kids menu or gluten free options (my teenage son is allergic to gluten). He had a tough time finding meals Pools are beautiful but not enough chairs! I was very surprised to find such bad service in this beautiful and expensive Hotel. I think it just needs time to improve, its very beautiful to have so many negative aspects. It seems hotel has no managers or leaders on duty or in the property.

heading here next sunday hope my experience is totally better then yours did you go during spring break and easter break?
