Overall the hotel is clean, rooms are nice and roomy, parking is convenient and free, pools are nice, etc. I found the service to be good overall and was excited when our family arrived to to the hotel. I was okay with the daily resort fee as well. As our stay went on the lack of a coffee maker, lack of a mini fridge wore us down. I also discovered a hidden "Palazzo revenue" charge on my rooms when I checked out as well. We had connecting rooms and were charged $22 per night extra for this "convenience". Even though not the end of the world it felt like I was nickle and dimed every time I walked out of my room. Coffee, water, OJ, etc is $5 downstairs or any of the restaurants so for my family of 4 it was a minimum $20 to have our morning start and food prices were heavily marked up but I expected that. Over the course of a week I felt like we were getting jabbed and had vacation fatigue over it!! When I requested a fridge (separate from the mini bar) I was told it was $25 per night to have one, when I requested my mini fridge to be emptied I was told I would be charged a $40 restocking fee. End of the world? No however we enjoy waking up and relaxing for a while. This set up forced us to go downstairs to get our mornings started... for a nice hotel like this I expected better. When I gave my feedback the response was all hotels on the strip do this... I figured a more high end hotel would be a step above than the "other" hotels but instead I couldn't wait to get out of there which is too bad as the hotel is great overall.
