I was here at the hotel for a work trip. I was not gambling. The rooms were comfortable, but very noisy. There is not much insulation in the door, so every person that walks down the hall, whether they're talking loudly or softly sounds like they're inside the room. We waited for 25 minutes to get a couple of lattes and decided that we would not return the next morning. We were able to find a local coffee house that was able to accommodate us with better service and better product. Room service was not a good experience. It was pre packaged food and was very expensive for what it was...
The staff was very friendly and accommodating, but they only had so much to work with... If your goal is to gamble and drink, you'll probably be happy staying here. If you'd like some other options for coffee and food that are close by, I would recommend Jitters Coffee House and the Tin Roof for dinner. Both amazing places and are within walking distance of the hotel.
