I've just returned home from our vacation and the first thing I am doing it writing a review... nothing more important! My anniversary we were scheduled to come in on Sunday, but due to us being snowed in, flights were cancelled and we did not arrive until check in the next day, Monday! (We were already tossing between going here or The Bicycle, both are Casino places) At arrival of Crowne Plaza Commerce Casino the customer service was absolutely outstanding, I almost forgot the frustration that happened prior to arrival. (I found myself with an attitude) Even though I had lost a day, Maria assisted me at the front desk... But my applause goes to JAMIE! She without hesitation refunded me for the night that I missed, hotels usually NEVER do this, especially the day after, because the room was taken off market. We stayed in room 803, breakfast every morning at the 323 bistro was very good! Great options and variety! I HAD THE BEST SPA BATH EVER!!!! This place truly exceeded my expectations! Customer Service goes a long way. There is a Casino downstairs, that I thought may be convenient if we wanted to had some fun, surprisingly, it was not even noisy, (we ended up not attending with all the other things had scheduled to do, plus we were short one day!) Thank you so much, from the time I came, until the time I left! The cleaning staff was great! Food Was good! Friendly Management! Couldn't have asked for a better place! Thanks Jamie! Thanks Maria, Thanks Ricardo, and other front desk staff!!!!! We are so happy that we chose to come here and not the Bicycle... WE HAVE NO REGRETS!!! Thank you staff!
