I have been playing at Cordova since it opened. It has always been an enjoyable place to gamble but my last four visits have all resulted in terrible experiences. I had an ATM withdraw money and I received nothing, the manager on duty told me nothing we can do about it, I had a rude dealer who ignored me and talked to her friends the entire time I played, I had a supervisor tell me oh well you do not bet enough to receive good service and then my drivers license was lost by the staff and I was told it did not happen there. I don't know if there was a recent change in management or their quality of service has just deteriorated over time. At one point in time this was a very nice cardroom.
