Okay here it goes everybody. When it comes to the the Northeast United States Foxwoods is Bar None the best casino. Mohegan Sun is fun but if you want real quality customer service with extremely friendly staff and every game under the sun with unbelievable amenities any and all things you can imagine then come to Foxwoods. I play here several times a week and I am a sucker for customer service. I only have to look to my left or to my right to find someone who works here if I need any assistance whatsoever. That is not the case with Mohegan Sun even on the weekend when it's really busy you have to wait in line sometimes 20 people deep just to get your reward card if you lose it or need a new one. Yes Foxwoods is a very large Casino but I employ you to give it a chance. I truly believe if you give it to us one chance you will not go to any other casinos besides here unless of course you're someplace else in the country. A personal note to the owner Foxwoods I want to thank you for such a top notch Resort that is super fun, exemplary customer service just all-around kicks ass. The poker room is the best in the entire world and that's not an exaggeration!
