Booked our reservation online through Open Table with comments about my wife's 55th birthday. The hostess was not at her post when we arrived. She was in the restaurant talking with the staff. I had to introduce myself and I informed her we had a reservation. She did not acknowledge it, but immediately sat us at a table. Granted it was a Wednesday night and they were not busy, but to me that is even more reason why they had every opportunity to make the dinner special. The manager never came to our table to greet us or inquire about our dinner. Our waiter was pleasant and the food was good and priced nicely. We spent over $100 and left our hotel on Fremont St just to eat at this Steakhouse. It would have been nice to have been greeted by our last name, "Good evening Mr and Mrs Clinton. Happy Birthday Mrs. Clinton".
