We've just bought the Palliser Motivo from The Home Theater Gear. It took nearly 6 weeks to have the furniture delivered.
The sofa is great but the battery big issues, one complete dead and other one lasts only a few day with complete charge.
it is very disappointing that the Home Theater Gear does not want to replace it. "he" said we did not know how to charge it. Right! My wife and I were very sad that service person did not show up on the set appointment for checking the battery and even more upset that none of them called us for the reasoning. Note that that is not the first time, there have been at least 3 times in the past, and also "he" never answers call from us. Why they do that?
