I decided to stay here after the suggestion of the casino host after a bad experience on my last visit at Primm. Again big mistake. .check in acted like we were bothering her. Room was not ready as promised. Called casino host from Primm and she suggested we go speak to casino host . He was able to get us into another room. Thank you Larry. Walked into room...dirty towels in the bathroom...called front desk they sent more towels. I asked for wash cloths ...she said they don't have any...are you kidding me NO WASH CLOTH...WOW! I cleaned bathroom. Sent message to prior casino host and she apologized stating transition in housekeeping. Also said she would let manager know...never heard from them. ...same excuse as prior visit . My friend wakes up with 2 bites and then we are like oh no...checked bed no bugs seen so we figured it should be ok . Red stain trail across the floor to the bathroom...gross. we figured one more night just deal with it. You must flush bathroom 3 times for anything to go down. And finally wake up after being in bed an hour getting bit...found a flea and 3 more bites. Left dead flea on paper scratch pad in room and took pictures. I only gave a 1 star because IHOP had the best service and they actually really enjoyed serving you. Great job Kristina. I have family that always stay at Primm so I was hoping for a better experience than the last one but was worst sorry to say. All I can say is it's not for me. I will stay in Vegas. Comps and no resort fees worth the drive.
